STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY (NO REFUNDS)
Store credit and exchanges, must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and
a Exchange Authorization Number (EA), which should be marked on the receipt and
written prominently on the outside of the return package.
NO EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN EA NUMBER.
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of invoice date. No exchanges will
be accepted after 30 days.
Used items are not eligible for store credit or exchanges. Exchanges are processed
upon receipt.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
