November 2nd, A beautiful day here in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Most of the leaves are gone but they were very beautiful this year. 

Now that November is here, we have extended our shopping hours here in the store. We'll be open from 10 am to Noon, close for lunch and be back at 1 to 5:30 Tuesday to Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturdays.

We have also added the D'Addario XTAPB1356. Acoustic Phosphor Bronze with High Carbon steel cores and an extended lifespan treatment on every string in the set. Medium Gauge.

Also, the Ernie Ball Paradigm 80/20 Bronze Acoustic strings. EB2084. Medium Gauge 13-56. Superior Break Resistance and Unparalleled Durability. Light Gauge 12-56 is on order and will hopefully be here soon.

Hope all is well with you all. I cannot believe it's October 7th already. Crazy how time flies.

So, for Electric guitar strings, We have added the Ernie Ball Slinky Cobalt's in 9-42, 10-46 and 10-52 and all the same gauges in the Coated Slinky Titanium Reinforced as well. The Cobalt's feature enhanced output and greater frequency response while the Coated Slinky are engineered to prevent string breakage and developed to preserve the life and tone of the strings.   

Now on the acoustic side, We have the new D'Addario XS Phosphor Bronze Coated strings in 11-52, 12-53 and 13-56. The Never Fade Away, Maximum Life, Smooth Feel strings have an Ultra-thin film coating on each wound string and a unique polymer treatment on the plain steels.

They may well be worth a try.

If you don't see the strings you like, let us know and we'll do our best to get them for you or suggest a good alternative.
